What Causes Painful Swallowing And Pain While Eating?

I am a 5 foot tall female weighing 130lbs and I m 40 years old. Lately, after doing any exercises like planks or yoga positions on my stomach, I immediately have painful swallowing almost heartburn type feeling in the middle of my chest. It hurts worse when I eat. But by dinner, I feel back to normal
