What Causes Painful Temple With History Of Migraine And Staph Pneumonia?

I have sharp needle like pain on or near my right temple. It is random, not constant. Definitely not a headache.
I have had migraine headaches since childhood, but not in the past year or so. I fainted and was in hospital in Sept. 2014---for staph pneumonia. Have recently finished two rounds of antibiotics and one of steroids for a chest cold (?) that began Christmas Day. Should I be worried about this pain?
