So a few days ago I was peeing and my stream started sputtering (almost like a sprinkler) and it really hurt my penis head. Ever since then my balls have hurt. I haven't had sex since Christmas (almost a month ago) but I've masturbated since then. Could it be semen build up or over using my penis?
