What Causes Painful Thigh, Groin And Coccyx Joint While Walking Or Sitting?

Hi Pain in left thigh and groin when walking and sitting, struggle To lift leg Into car and off bed although can raise of bed but not far. Sharp stabbing nipping pain. Taking ibuprofen and paracetamol and Ice spray not killing pain pain can make me feel sick. Occasionally sharp major pain when walking as if pulled again or giving way. Think injured practising sweeps at karate sweeping leg when mine was swept felt resistance in adductor . Also sharp pain in coccyx joint but think this maybe with walking different to avoid pain? Very painful is it just a tear?
