What Causes Painful Urination After Excessive Masturbation?

Hi I have a question about excessive masturbation and if it can cause burning or stinging when I urinate. It was 3 times in about a 4 hour span. This was 6 days ago. The stinging started the next day so I'm into the 5th day. I have not ehaculated since the day of my excessive masturbation and I still have the stinging, although it seems to have gotten a little better. Either way, I'm looking to see if this is gonorrhea or just and inflamed urethra. I have no other gonorrhea symptoms. Also, the day I masterbated 3 times I used hand lotion as lubricant, if that has any bearing on your answer. Please give me any advice you can. Thanks
