What Causes Painful Urination After Weight Lifting?

I have painful urination after dead lifting and squats at the gym. Lasts about an hour. It is only happening when I do dead lifting and squats. Not other abnormals when it hurts. 3rd time in as many weeks. Diet is consistent. Previous lower back problems. But weight lifting seems to have helped that completely.
