What Causes Painful Urination During Periods?

Hi Mam ,

I am 28 year old woman from Delhi . My problem is hard pain while urinating during my periods . I will feel to go to toilet minimum 10 times in those days and very high pain also . Only few drops urine will be going other than morning time . Also while such time I am seeing a white residue like some particles in my panty . I am little shy to go for a physical examination . Kindly help in giving me proper reply in my mail .Kindly suggest a medicine over mail
