What Causes Painful Urination Little Stones While Addicted To Morphine?

hi i am a 30 year old woman who is constantly passing tiny stones. it is PAINFUL. the urologist that I have says there is nothing he can do for me. I have been addicted to morphine before and it looks like I am going down the same road again. I told my family doctor that if there was no stones then there would be no pain and then no need for the morphine. I need these little stones (<5MM) REMOVED. Please Help.
