What Causes Painful Urination With Blood After Having Intercourse?

I Am 16, 5'2, And Weigh 115. Just the other day me and my bf were having intercorse, and a few days after i noticed it hurt to pee. Like I could pee and all, but after when i was almost done peeing it hurt and i couldnt pee anymore. Then When I Wipe and I Would See Blood. Is this bad?
