What Causes Painful Urination With Sharp Pain In Uterus?

I gave stillbirth 12 days ago. I am having painful urination and sharp pains in my uterus. I thought a couple of days after the birth that bleeding had stopped and I did not have to take pain medication because the cramps had stopped too. Four days ago, it all started again. I thought the blood looked fresh, but decided I may have been wrong. Now I don't know. Do I need to go to the hospital, or is it okay to go to bed and just go see the doctor tomorrow?
