What Causes Painful Vaginal Bleeding During Intercourse?

Hi,my name is sitara i am 24 years old weight 52 kg. I have married 3 months ago.i have a problem that at first month bleeding during sex.after 1 month there is no bleeding and no painfull menses but 15 days ago bleeding during intercorse and painfull menses.there is painfull menses berfore marrage. i am so worried about it plz help me thanks
