What Causes Painful Vaginal Bumps?

I was just given antibiotics today for a sinus and upper respiratory infection and when I got home I noticed I was a little uncomfortable down there. I grabbed a mirror and looked and there seemed to be two canker sore looking things in the inner lips of my vagina.
