What Causes Painful Vein In Knee, Hip And Arm?

I woke up this morning with a vein by my right knee feeling sore. The vein us very visible and had a knot. It felt sore all day and worse as the day went on. No redness, heat or swelling of leg. This evening a vein in my right hip started hurting a bit, coming and going. Now in my lower right arm I have a slight burning sensation along the vein. Still no swelling, redness or fever/heat. Should I go to ER? Could this be a blood clot or maybe just varicose veins? I have not travel? Also, two weeks ago I started having PVCs for the first time. I have been to dr for that and have a follow up next week. I am female, 39, about 50 lbs overweight. On thyroid medications and iron, integra plus. Extensive blood work last week came back great, iron actually abut high so dropped integra plus to every other day.
