What Causes Painful Welts, Headache And Fever?

My daughter is 36 years old. three times this month she woke up with painful welts on her body along with a severe headache and fever. all blood tests came out negative. they are testing for lupus. she does have reynauds disease, not phenomenen. does get shingles 2x a year the welts turn to black and blues
