What Causes Painless Blister Like Lesions On The Penis?

I thought many years ago I had contracted syphilis due to 2 painless blister like lesions on my genitals. I let it go untreated and months after the fact I had a test. The nurse came in after 5 minutes and laughed it off that no i dont have syphilis. I never heard anything else from them. About 5 years later now I have alopecia areata, sarcoidosis and now a fatty liver. I am the only person in my family who has any disease. I do not have stress and am not overweight. It is funny to me that research I do interconnects all these diseases with the later stages of syphilis. I am afraid if I tell my doctor this story he will feel I am grasping at straws to figure out why all this is happening. Whatever was on my penis genitals was never treated. Any advice???
