What Causes Painless Blisters On Fore Head?

I have recently broke out on my forehead with a lot of small pimples all over, mostly colorless. do you know what could be causing this and what I can do. safely treat it? I had fairly good skin on my forehead for a very long time now. fyi, I do hae acne on the rest of my face but it has improved recently. thank you!
