What Causes Painless Blueish Colored Growth Near Vagina?

im 14, and i have this like blueish coloured kind of blood blister, or growth near the bottom of my vagina, and im not sure if i should be concerned, or what it is, its grown a bit over a few months, but it doesnt hurt, and im starting to get another small one above it, should i be concerned? what is it?
