What Causes Painless Lump On The Throat?

Hi I have found a lump on the front but on the right hand side of my throat. I have had a cyst on my thyroid before and this feel sort of similar but its not on my thyroid just a little bit higher than that. Its causing me to feel very lightheaded and almost black out. What can be causing this ??
