What Causes Painless Red Rashes On My Breasts?

I have developed small red dots on my left breast that appeared over night. They do not bother me physically, no other symptoms. I have had itching around my nipple area with no rash or marks. Really confused about what this is. I do have hypothyroidism. Help?
