What Causes Painless Red Spots All Over My Body?

I have little red dots all over my body except the face and groin area.....i first noticed them when i got out of my pool. They do not itch or burn or anything but everytime i look tey r in a new spot....it started out on my feet then moved to my legs then hands. It isn't chggers i guess because it doesnt itch or burn. What could this be?
