What Causes Painless Red Spots On Upper Thigh?

Multiple dime-penny sized cloudy red veiny blotches on both upper outside of thighs. Im a 23yr old woman the only medication I take is birth control. These marks are not painful, or so I haven t noticed. They group of 4-6 tending to gather. Almost looks like tiny segments of streach marks or minor blood clots, maybe injured veins. Should I be concerned? Or is this just a typical aging eye sore?
