What Causes Painless Scaly And Dry Bumps Below The Breasts?

Almost overnight i have noticed a large cluster of freckles that appeared under my right breast. They are symmetrical but vary in size and are painless. Some are slightly raised and look scaley/dry which is my cause for concern. I am a 18 year female and am wondering if it is likely that it is cancer? I don't get a lot of sun exposure especially under my breast so i doubt that it's Melanoma. Thank you!
