What Causes Painless Small Spots On My Penis?

Hi I was curious, after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend I have developed tiny, painless 1-2mm red spots on my penis right under the head, and a few on the shaft.

They come and go basically in a day or two, cleared up after I used an anti-inflammatory cream but they came back after we had sex again.

I have a history of chronic yeast infections due to Lyme treatment, I'm thinking it's what it is.. but not too sure.
