What Causes Painless Tiny Boils At The Base Of My Penis?

For the last month or so, I have noticed 3-5 small pinkish papules on the left side of the shaft of my penis. They are isolated from eachother, they do not itch, and they are not painful. There is no discharge, and sometimes they vary in size in the same day. My last sexual contact was over six months ago.
