What Causes Palate Petechiae With Redness, Itching And Runny Nose, Swollen Tonsils?

Hello, this morning i woke up and i noticed some petechia on my soft palate (esp on the right side) and redness along both palatogloossal folds. During night i felt itchiness at the back of my mouth thats why i tried to swallow forcely to stop it and i thought that this could cause the petechia. Along this i have a runny nose (but not ''heavy''), maybe a bit swollen tonsils, some sputum which i cannot cough out but no fever. I was drinking ornages with lemon trying t avoid getting sick. Is this a common cold or something else?
