What Causes Pale Stools While On Vitamin C And Multivitamin?

I had my gall bladder out about 5 years ago. Some minor problems occured and I recongize what the problem is. But the last two weeks my stools are pale. I have been taking more Vitamin C (to help with my Vertigo) with my multivitamin and D and Calcium Citrate. ----------- What is the cause of my pale stools? Bile or what?
