What Causes Palpitation When Suffering From Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia?

Hi there, many years ago I was diagnosed with psvt. Recently the palpitations have began to occurs more often. I have also noticed horizontal nail ridges. I am more fatigued than usual as well.. Just wondered if any of this seems like cause for concern.. Hopefully I am not being too vague.
