What Causes Palpitations And Numbness In Legs Post Bowel Movement?

Hi! Yesterday I had a bowel movement and all the energy just left my body. I did not strain and nothing seemed strange about my bowel movement. I could not move, could hardly breathe, and my heart was pounding. My legs went numb and all I could do was sit there until I regained energy. What is wrong with me?
