What Causes Palpitations, Blocked Nose And Breathlessness In Supine Position?

I dont know if im having a panic attack or symptoms of a heart attack, when i lay down my heart races, nose stuffs up, feel like suffocating cant breath right, then i move and its fixed. Can i take benadryl or will it harm my heart if these are heart attack symptoms? Also is this severe heart burn?
