What Causes Palpitations, Chest Pain, Sleeplessness And Chronic Fatigue?

Hi. I have some symptoms which I need help with as it feels like doctors are ignoring me on what I bring to them. I have done blood tests, an EKG and an echocardiogram. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Symptoms are: feeling tired, lack of energy, susceptible to cold, heat on the left side of front forehead, fast heartbeat, chest pain, headache all day and lack of sleep. These are what I can remember off the top of my head at this moment.
