What Causes Palpitations, Headaches And Fatigue?

my 19 year old son sometimes experiences a racing heart accompanied with headache and fatigue. He thinks it might be after he drinks alcohol. I think it might be (more than his option) stress & hormones (he has University exams & papers due. He worries about upcoming exams, etc.)
