What Causes Palpitations In Heart And Ear Along With Dizziness?

I have taken pa el 20 m for about 10 12 yes my Dr. Has said to go off and start with 10m which I did for 6 weeks then 5 for one week.last couple of days I had drumming in my ears a little dizziness and edgie little bit of palp.I go to exercise classes 5 days a week and Dr thought that would take over having paxel.will it go away in time?
