What Causes Palpitations While Sleeping Along With Strong Headache?

i have palpitations for four or five years it usually happens in my sleep it wake me up with strong head ache and dizzynez and stay all day i try to do exercise butt I quit because it got worse I already went to cardiologist two opinions they see everything is find with my heart , they did ekg ,trade mill they said is anxity but i do not want to take anxity pills.is there a natural remedy for this
