What Causes Panic Attacks While On IUD?

I am a 32 year old female mother of 2, I had gastric bypass in October of 2010 I have lost 130 lbs. I had the mirena IUD installed the last week of March of this year. I have twice since had a dream about hearing running water and woken up to wetting the bed that has never happened before. Also after 13 years of running a home daycare I went to work outside the house April 4th after 1 full day of work I fainted (out cold) 3 times that next morning, went to work all day Tuesday to wake up to a panic attack again had never had that, it was severe enough that my husband had to call 911. I don't think that relates but I am very concerned. Please help....
