What Causes Paralysis In Limbs, Loss Of Vision And Lethargy?

My stepdaughter has been having unexplained symptoms, (paralysis in limbs, loss of vision, fell asleep at the wheel, and very tired) since she gave birth to her daughter over two years ago, this morning she called and say she blacked out broke something in the kitchen and wet her pants and she wasn t sure if she was really talking to me, we are in FL helping my father-in-law and she is in TN, she has been to several doctors and no one can explain why this is happening.
