What Causes Partial Vision Loss While On Apriso And Imuran?

My 17 year old son starting experiencing partial loss of vision in his left eye this afternoon. He thinks it has gotten slightly worse. Should we seek medical attention yet today or wait and see how it is tomorrow. He has Crohn s Disease and currently takes Apriso and Imuran. Thank you, Karla Price
