What Causes Passing Of Dark Diarrhea While Suffering From Crohn's Disease?

My upper stomach is moderately bloated. I have some cramping - not much. I have diarrhea - it is the color of coffee grounds and pure liquid. I am somewhat woozy. - I am a crohns patient.This does not look like normal crohns diarrhea. I am concerned there might be blood in the stool. It is pure liquid. No fever. No vomiting. No appetite. My regular physician is out of town and his office has not returned my call.
