What Causes Passing Of Greenish To Red Colored Urine?

I've been waking up for a few weeks now, and everyday my urine is a different color. At first it was purple, three days in a row every morning. Then all of the sudden it was green. For almost 5 days. Now it has switched due orange pinkish and then solid red. Please Help!!!!
