What Causes Passing Of Inconsistent Stool With Foul Odour In Infants?

Hi, My 20 month toddler (boy) has been having quite inconsistent poops for over a month now, some are normal, but most are mushy, yellow, very sour smelling poops. He is eating and sleeping fine. He has been saying owie a lot lately which also has me a bit concerned. We don t have a doctor where we currently are as they are scarce and very hard to get in with. He has about 2-3 poops a day usually, but sometimes they are explosive, and I can t tell if they are diharreah or not because they re in the toilet! Please help!
