What Causes Passing Of Thick Black And Red Colored Chunks From Nose?

I had a runny nose for a few weeks non stop but clear. Then I started having big thick black and red chunks coming down my nasal passage into my throat. It is very thick and sticky there about the size of a nickel for 2 weeks now. And the last few days my nose has been blowing out blood and dry blood burgers and blood crust in nose. Is this something to worry about. Also my cheek bones and between my eyebrows seem to be swollen
