What Causes Passing Of Yellowish Urine After Taking Nitazoxanide For Intestinal Parasite?

hello!I had an abdominal m.r.i today morning. was injected with gadolinium, it all went fine,few hours later I started a treatment with nitazoxanide 500mg to aliminate intestinal parasites, and 3 hours after that I urinated fluorescent yellow urine.is it due to one of those drugs or the combination?I also noticed some petechiae on my legs. should I continue the course of treatment?thank you.
