What Causes Patch Of Red Dots On Leg?

I found a patch of red dots on my leg last night. Plus I found stretch mark type red lines on my buttocks, although they are not stretch marks, nor are they raised. I have endometriosis and polycystic ovaries plus I have a mirena inserted, please tell me if this is linked and if I need to be concerned
