What Causes Patch On Face While Having Leprosy?

hi i am ramdas beshra from bangalore, india. i have a patch on my face. i have getting treatment since 2 years as leprosy. but till now there is no development in the treatment. still patch is there and when i stop the medication it's swellingup. can you please help me
