What Causes Patches Of Tiny Spots On Shoulders Of Both Partners?

my husband and i have like a patch of tiny spots i guess i don't know if it's a rash or not but i never had this before it's on my arm close to the shoulder and his is on his back almost look like a fungus i guess .It's not sore ,it does't itch ,but it creeps me out to know we both have the same thing.
