What Causes Patches Of White Pimples On Hand?

Hi I am sunil, from the past two months I am getting patches of while pimples on my hand. These white pimples are small in size. There is a feeling of itching on these patches. I had consulted a ayurvedic panchakerma specialist, he prescribed some creams but still i have not been recovered. I am having bit of sinus problem. I am thinking because of this I am getting skin problem, Please suggest me what to do.
