What Causes Pea Sized Lump Inside Tip Of Clitoris?

Hi, I’m 21 and healthy but a month or so ago I noticed a small pea sized lump had appeared inside the tip of my clitoris. I haven’t been sexually active in four years now and have only ever had sexual intercourse once. What do u think this could be and what are my possibilities for treatment and prevention?
