What Causes Pebbles Like Stools While Having IBS And Chronic Fatigue?

Sure thanks just wondering about my liver I had my gallbalter removed think I spelled this wrong also hv ibs and chronic fatique. When I g to the bathroom my poops are like pebbles sometimes altogether I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and natural grains drink water do not smoke or drink not over weight I am 70 yrs old walked every day. The change in bowel movements the last year concern me any ideas
