What Causes Peeling Of Inner Thigh Causing Itching And Wetness?

i have been suffering from peeling of inner thigh for almost 6 years. after long medication,peeling stopped from the last 2 months. but i feel a bit itchy and wet. i am afraid of applying a cream again. it is very uncomfortable. please suggest a treatment that for sure never bring back peeling and gives relief to me. i would be very grateful to you. thank you sir
