What Causes Peeling Skin Of Labia Minora?

hi well my labia minora is peeling, sort of like a snakes skin peeling off its itchy and burns a little when i walk. its verrry irritating i do wear tight jeans & panties so I don't know if maybe that's the cause the skin is very wrinkly & hardened please help I don't know what it is my regular discharge is fine no irregular smell when I wipe with toilet paper it hurts & the skin peels off anyone know what's going on?
