What Causes Peeling Skin On Feet After Frost Bite?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My daughter got frostbite on her feet a month and a half ago. Now, the skin is peeling off on the front and back of her toes and the sides of her feet as well. I'm just wondering why her toes are still color black, is that normal?
